More than 20 girls took advantage of the Lockheed Martin Women’s Impact Network STEM Site visit.

More than 20 girls from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School traveled to Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia to take part in the company’s Women’s Impact Network STEM Site visit. During the event, the girls learned about the company, toured the facility to see engineers solving real-world problems and interacted with female employees and executives. The day focused on encouraging girls to study engineering in college and choose it as a career. Only 20% of engineering majors in college are female.
