Metal-working seniors presented their final project in Ms. Defilippi’s CTE English class. Throughout the semester, the students met with faculty and administration to determine what type of signs were needed/wanted at the high school.

Students designed the metal signs for different locations on campus including the stadium entrance, the front of the school building, the fitness center, and the back entrance of the school.

Students priced material, put together a written proposal and a PowerPoint presentation, which they presented to the assistant superintendent, the principal, the assistant principal, the physical education teacher, and the work experience coordinator. Students answered all questions and demonstrated that they are prepared to enter the workforce.
