Oley Valley students make pen-pal connections

From October and into early November, seventh-grade world geography students participated in a pen-pal exchange through Penpalschools.com. Each student was matched with four pals, three were from throughout the US and one was from a foreign country. Each week students read an article on different topic, watched a video and then responded to their pals about the topic. These topics included: daily life, food, history, art and literature, and a final reflection.
