Oley Valley elementary students find their SPARC

This year, school counselors introduced students to SPARC, Students Paving a Road to Careers. Students in grades K-5 have been learning how to define self-concept and identify their strengths and how those influence the kind of career they choose when they get older. As a follow-up to these lessons, parents and community members were invited to the elementary school to share their careers with the students throughout November and December.
