Pequea Valley students learn Real Life financial literacy

Pequea Valley High School hosted the “Real Life” program through Junior Achievement on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. During this day, learners were engaged in financial literacy lessons that were presented by professionals in the community. Some of the topics included: budgeting, planning for financial emergencies, retirement, insurance, college costs, taxes and much more. These lessons were presented in the form of games, activities and interactive dialog. Many learners commented on how valuable the day’s activities were for their present and future financial goals.
