Pequea Valley is in Sports Illustrated!

On January 4th against Lancaster Country Day, Caroline Horst, a Pequea Valley High School Junior Guard, recorded the first ever quadruple double in school history.

This rare feat is only the second recorded quadruple double in the Lancaster Lebanon League girls basketball in the last four years. Caroline was an efficient 7 for 10 from the field for 16 points including 14 rebounds, 10 steals, and 11 blocks in an intense 46-38 victory over Lancaster Country Day.

Her accomplishments from this game led to her recognition in Sports Illustrated’s Faces in the Crowd. For the year, Caroline averaged a double-double with 12.2 points per game and 10.3 rebounds per game. She also set the school record for career assists.
