Caught being Kind winners from the first half of the school year

In an effort to promote kindness at Penn Middle School (Penn-Trafford School District), students and teachers participate in a “Caught Being Kind” initiative. There is a “Caught Being Kind” wall for students and teachers to recognize kind acts among one another. At the end of each week, a “Caught Being Kind” card is chosen and a Warrior of the Week is recognized.

The program is run by Mrs. Wentroble, the School Counselor. Our Caught Being Kind winners from the first half of the school year (seated L-R): Ayda Robinson, Allison Krier, Emma Sanford, Lacey Carter, Kristin Sutherland, Yuriy Bidochko, (standing L-R) Mrs. Wentroble, Chuckie Fontana, Matt Hippler, Aaron Burdell, Nick Turowski, and Mr. Steele.
