High school football players read to students in Community Recreation Program

Members of the Thomas Jefferson Football Team stopped by the Pleasant Hills Summer Recreation program to visit with the younger kids and encourage them to keep reading over the summer.
The Pleasant Hills Summer Recreation program is open to all children ages 5 – 12 residing in the community.
The younger students had the opportunity to interact with the football players, ask questions and enjoy a special storybook.
