West York sophomore to represent district in PMEA festival

Hope Allen, West York Area High School Choir Sophomore, will represent West York at the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association District 7 Chorus Festival. The festival will be held at Camp Hill High School Feb. 7-9, 2019. Hope placed 21st out of 109 students who auditioned in her voice part at Central York High School on Oct. 27. She will join over 200 additional Choir students representing their schools from eight surrounding counties.
