Trojan Hero Breakfast Walk encourages community

East Side Elementary School in Greater Johnstown SD held a Trojan Hero Breakfast Walk that included the Johnstown Fire Department; Johnstown Police Department; Conemaugh Memorial Hospital; Johnstown mayor; parents; neighbors; high school football, soccer, and volleyball coaches and players; high school cheerleaders, high school Interact and Key Club members, and district teachers. Students walked to school and the aforementioned team members walked with the children and parents. Everyone ate breakfast together in the school cafeteria.

The purpose of the event was to create a positive school environment that includes everyone in the community to show children that when everyone works together and there is unity, compassion, love, and care for one another.
