Students practice employability skills

Oley Valley’s life-skills class practiced employability skills at several businesses throughout the county. In November, students volunteered at a local Grocery Outlet where they assisted with unpacking shipments, breaking down empty boxes, facing shelves, and posting new pricing. Students also had the opportunity to socialize, practice money skills and restaurant etiquette after all their hard work.
