Red Ribbon awareness campaign observed at Pequea Valley

Pequea Valley’s Paradise Elementary learners participated in Red Ribbon Week, a tobacco-, alcohol- and drug-prevention awareness campaign observed annually in October. Paradise showed their support to being a drug-free school by wearing red bracelets. Students took part ing special themes for each day: One day was “Real Heroes Don’t Do Drugs,” where learners dressed up as grandparents, moms and dads, teachers, coaches and celebrities.
