Third-graders host elementary economics fair

Each year third grade students at Pleasant Valley Elementary School conclude their study of economics with an Economics Fair & Mini Mall. Students demonstrate their understanding of economic principles while letting them experience supply and demand first hand. Students create fun and unique items to sell to their classmates, create commercials and then do a little shopping in the classroom.
