Hoop Star writes special message for his community

Before heading off to the University of Miami, Reading High School basketball star Lonnie Walker penned a special message to the Reading community. The letter, written after he helped Reading High win its first state basketball championship and first published in our district newsletter, now hangs in all of our school buildings. It serves as a reminder to our students that they can accomplish anything with hard work and determination.
