A RHS student uses a Merlin Vision Reader, donated by Abilities in Motion, an organization that helps people with disabilities.

Abilities in Motion recently donated an Enhanced Visions Reader for our low-vision students at Reading High School. The device magnifies reading material with a digital camera and projects the enlarged text on a screen. It also comes with a number of features to change the size, color and display of the reading material. Our district has approximately 20 students with visual impairments, about eight of whom are in the senior high school.
