A small group of Cocalico High School students met with several younger students in the fall semester once a week during recess and lunch at Adamstown. They discussed the growth mindset, character, leadership, active listening and other related topics. The initiative concluded with a trip to the high school. According to a recent article in LNP, the purpose of the group is to create an atmosphere of support and mutual respect for the students involved.
